  5.         previous step. You may erase those files or not. It is
  6.         suggested that you clean off the disk especially if you are
  7.         using the A: or B: Drives. This is a precaution to make sure
  8.         you have enough room for all your contacts.

  10.         It is OK to leave the KB0ZP files where they are. These files
  11.         MUST be empty since you started with a clean disk and these
  12.         files were just created. If they are not empty, there may be 
  13.         problems in printing out the reports. The new data will be 
  14.         appended to the old data, and you will then have two contacts
  15.     with the same contact number.
